As a Business Developer at ICTGE., you will identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, manage outreach campaigns, and support the full business development cycle from first contact to proposal handoff.
This role requires strong communication, market research ability, disciplined follow-up, and the confidence to represent ICTGE. professionally across digital channels and client meetings.
What You Will Do
LEAD_GENERATION
Research and identify qualified leads across target industries, platforms, directories, LinkedIn, and business networks.
CLIENT_OUTREACH
Create and manage outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other professional communication channels.
CRM_MANAGEMENT
Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up status, pipeline stages, meeting notes, and conversion updates.
PROPOSAL_SUPPORT
Assist in preparing business proposals, service presentations, project summaries, and client-facing documentation.
MARKET_RESEARCH
Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, client pain points, and new business opportunities.
Skills and Experience

BUSINESS_DEVELOPMENT_EXPERIENCE
1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, client acquisition, or a related growth role.

COMMUNICATION_SKILLS
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain services clearly and professionally.

IT_SERVICES_UNDERSTANDING
Basic understanding of websites, web applications, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, software development, and IT services.

Experience using LinkedIn, email outreach, spreadsheets, CRM tools, and follow-up systems.
